Recently, Mark IV Capital and Driver SPG held a Topping Out luncheon for the MacArthur Offices project in Newport Beach to celebrate the last piece of steel being set on the structure. The 29,755 SF, two-story office building, designed by Ware Malcomb, will be the new home of Mark IV Capital and includes an underground parking garage, curtain wall glazing, structural glass entrance, and is designed to LEED® Silver standards. The event featured remarks from Mark IV executives and everyone in attendance had a chance to sign the last piece of steel before it was set in place.
