Driver SPG provided a complete tenant improvement build out of Netflix’s new Los Angeles headquarters office. This project is the 315,000 SF, 14-story centerpiece of the landmark expansion of the historic Sunset Bronson Studios.
This new, Class A high-rise is located squarely in the middle of Hollywood’s creative culture and reflects Netflix’s ambitions to solidify its position as one of the entertainment industry’s top players. The interior spaces include a range of relaxing and engaging spaces that not only parallels the tenant’s diverse and ubiquitous content, but helps attract the industry’s most dynamic talent.
The lobby level includes a conference center, executive screening room, large theater with stadium seating, coliseum-style meeting space, espresso bar, café, and outdoor patio. Floors 5 – 12 house office spaces, both open and private pods, conference rooms, pantry areas, and 10 collaboration areas per floor. Floors 13 and 14 are considered “We” floors and include shared amenity space, such as a screening room, warming pantry with serving and dining space, and collaboration areas. The two level outdoor amenity deck features multiple lounge areas, dining space, green space, and panoramic views of Downtown Los Angeles and the Hollywood sign.
Driver SPG worked with the Owner, Design Team, and all key stakeholders to deliver this innovative environment that functions as a vertical campus for Netflix and is a beacon of imagination on Sunset Boulevard.
