The Anaheim Marriott Greatroom Renovation included upgrades and the modernization of the hotel’s lobby, reception, restaurant, bar, lounge, and patio, totally 13,000 SF. The scope of work also included the renovation of the outdoor dining area, pool deck, and MEP systems. Due to the hotel’s high level of activity during the summer and its proximity to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland, the project team had to closely coordinate with the hotel staff to minimize disruptions to on-going operations.
