This project included the renovation of 30,000 SF of office spaces and improvements to high pile storage and warehouse space. The facility includes meeting spaces, offices, flexible work spaces, open floor plan, conference rooms, kitchen, and lounge facilities. The office lunchroom, which also acts as an event space, seats 250 employees and is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances.
