This project involves the interior renovation of a portion of an existing appliance showroom. The work will take place on the first floor of a single-story building and will focus on remodeling the existing merchandising display area for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove kitchen appliances. Renovations will be primarily confined to the project area, with the exception of modifications required for the routing of new or existing building services.
