The project scope included the demolition of an existing 18,425 SF theater building and the conversion of two existing buildings totaling 13,551 SF into new retail and salon space. The ground floor was reconfigured to accommodate multiple retail tenants, while the second floor was renovated for a salon with an outdoor patio area. Improvements also included interior build-out and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Additional work consisted of the core and shell construction of Building E along with site enhancements such as redirecting the flow of the parking lot, demolishing and replacing planters, and constructing a new loading deck.
