1,600 SF of Balboa Bay Resort’s ground level was renovated to create the new Blend Café and restructure the lobby restrooms. In order to meet the aggressive, eight-week schedule, the project team had to work closely with Balboa Bay Resort’s staff and representatives to minimize disruption to ongoing operations and special hotel events.
