The project team completed tenant improvements of the 110,000 SF space to create The State Bar of California’s new office facilities. The facility includes an open concept design with work stations and flexible work areas. In addition, there are private offices, conference rooms, storage areas, court rooms, kitchen and break rooms. Exterior work such as signage, landscaping, and facade improvements were also included in the project scope.
