This existing warehouse will be transformed into a high-end creative office space. The project scope includes demolition of the building interior and the majority of the exterior to modernize the space and build it out into creative office space. Features include private offices, conference rooms, open work spaces, kitchen, lounge space, outdoor courtyard with landscaping, and parking. This project is targeting LEED® Silver certification and is being completed under an aggressive schedule.
