This project consists of a tenant improvement for Good Girl Books, a new bookstore and café concept located in Los Angeles, CA. The scope of work includes the build-out of core and shell retail space to accommodate bookstore and café. Improvements will include the installation of new movable display partitions, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. The design also incorporates custom millwork and the installation of new café equipment and casework.
