The project included the construction of ROVE’s state-of-the-art EV charging center in Costa Mesa, featuring 40 DC fast chargers with NACS, CCS, and CHAdeMO connectors to support nearly all electric vehicle makes and models. The project also included the adaptive reuse of an existing 5,384 SF building into a modern customer amenity hub featuring Gelson’s ReCharge grab-and-go market, a 24-hour lounge, restrooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Designed to enhance the driver experience during typical 15- to 30-minute charging sessions, the facility offers convenient access to food, beverages, and comfortable waiting areas.
