This project consists of a new, two-story LEED® Silver office building with a 9,142 SF underground parking garage. The ground-up building was constructed in an existing parking area in the Koll Business Center near Santa Ana airport. The construction of the project was divided into two phases and included the removal of paving and excavation of the basement garage and ramp area. The project team constructed the core and shell of the building which is steel framed with a structural glass entrance.
