This project included the construction of a new Occupational Therapy Clinic, Physical Education and Therapeutic Center, and three additional classrooms for Villa Esperanza Services, a Pasadena-based nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The facilities were constructed using Type V wood-frame construction and totaled approximately 29,600 SF. The project provided specialized therapy spaces, including one-on-one treatment rooms, early intervention services, and a physical education center with a half-gym, fitness equipment, and life-skills training areas. Additional scope included new classrooms, a large play area, and private and communal outdoor spaces designed to support therapeutic and educational activities.
