This project will be a new, state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance Concordia University’s athletic programs and fan experience. The project includes the construction of a much-needed strength and conditioning center to support athlete training and development, along with dedicated team rooms to improve player preparation and recovery. Additionally, new grandstands will be built to accommodate spectators, creating an enhanced game-day atmosphere. The scope of work also encompasses site improvements, utility upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements to support the facility’s long-term functionality and accessibility. This modern complex will serve as a key resource for Concordia’s athletic community, providing high-quality amenities for athletes, coaches, and fans alike.
