This project involved Panasonic’s consolidation and relocation from Lake Forest to the Park Place campus in Irvine, delivering approximately 140,000 SF of office space and 70,000 SF of avionics lab space. The scope included a new data center, equipment yard, and specialized lab environments supported by major mechanical infrastructure upgrades. Office improvements featured updated lighting, finishes, millwork, collaborative areas, prayer rooms, break spaces, and private offices.
