This project renovated a 5th-floor office suite at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion for the Los Angeles Master Chorale. The layout was reconfigured from three entry points to two for improved access control, with new private offices, a conference room, break room, and open workstation areas. The scope included full interior demolition and reconstruction, incorporating features like custom wood fins and preserving an iconic chandelier. The result is a more efficient, enclosed workspace designed to support both focused and collaborative work.
