This multi-level corridor refresh project at Covington for Episcopal Communities & Services involves a full upgrade of finishes across all floors, completed in phases to maintain full resident occupancy and uninterrupted suite access throughout construction. The scope of work includes new wallcoverings, paint, wood ceilings, flooring, and upgraded lighting. In addition, the “Living Room” spaces on floors three and four are receiving a modern design refresh.
