The scope of work for this project included the renovation of 36 suites, including 12 Sky Box Suites, with comprehensive upgrades to enhance functionality and aesthetics. All suites received new plumbing fixtures, refrigerators, flooring, stone bar tops, and millwork countertops with new stone surfaces and induction warmers. The cabinetry was upgraded with new finishes, wallcoverings, and fresh paint throughout. Additionally, existing double doors were replaced with modern sliding door systems. Accessibility improvements were made in the men’s restrooms on the second level, including the installation of new partitions and modifications to ensure ADA compliance for a stall. These upgrades elevated the overall guest experience, creating a refreshed and modernized space.
