Driver SPG completed a comprehensive tenant improvement for Bedrosians Tile & Stone at their Tustin location, encompassing the construction of a state-of-the-art showroom to showcase their extensive tile and stone collections, modernization of employee breakrooms to enhance comfort and productivity, and the installation of ADA-compliant restrooms for improved accessibility. High-quality finishes featuring Bedrosians’ own products were applied throughout the facility, enhancing both design and durability. Exterior site improvements, including hardscape and landscape upgrades, provided a refreshed and welcoming environment with enhanced curb appeal and functional outdoor spaces.
