The project included a tenant improvement for RiverRock Real Estate Group’s new corporate headquarters with new workstations, private offices, conference rooms, a breakroom, a reception area, and several areas for lounging, quiet time, and collaboration. The scope included the improvements to both the exterior and interior with modifications to the existing curtain wall systems, façade improvements, landscape and hardscape improvements, and new patio spaces around the building and a water feature. The project is pursuing a Fitwel designation, which is a building certification that supports a healthier workplace environment to help improve occupant health and productivity.
