The Anduril Industries tenant improvement is a full office renovation of an existing core and shell, which includes modern MEP touches and structural upgrades. The project scope included a new loading dock and trash enclosure on the building’s exterior. The project team also demolished portions of the existing exterior storefront to install rolling doors, railing, and dock bumpers. New finishes included millwork, wall coverings, accent paint, tile, carpet, and wayfinding markers painted onto sealed concrete flooring.
