The Los Angeles Business Journal recently announced their 2015 Commercial Real Estate Awards recognizing the biggest, best, and most notable commercial real estate projects of the last year. Driver SPG’s State Bar of California Office TI project took home the Silver Award for Best Tenant Improvement Project of the Year!
The Driver SPG team provided complete tenant improvements to the 110,000 SF space at 845 South Figueroa Street to create The State Bar of California’s new office facilities. The five-story concrete building was originally constructed in 1958 and had been vacant for nearly 20 years. The new offices feature an open concept design with work stations and flexible, collaborative meeting areas. In addition, there are private offices, conference rooms, storage areas, court rooms, and kitchen and break rooms.
