Driver SPG Wins $1200 for ALS Association at Bocce Ball Tournament!

The Driver SPG team, Necessary Roughness, recently participated in the annual IOS Haworth Bocce Ball Tournament for the third year in a row. Each year, the SPG team has been improving and getting closer and closer to claiming their first Championship.

The tournament grew again this year with more than 30 teams participating and fierce competition in each round. Veteran Project Engineer, Jasson Castro, coached the Driver SPG team of Garet Kreutziger, Jeff Jones, Syd Tom, and Agustin Pradillo. The team started off hot and was able to win the first few rounds comfortably. They quickly became the last General Contractor team still in the tournament, for which they won a $1200 donation to the ALS Association of Orange County.

Necessary Roughness progressed to the final game against Cresa Partners. With $2500 for charity on the line, the SPG team fought valiantly but was ultimately overcome in a tight match that saw Cresa crowned Champions.

Congratulations to the team for making it so far in the tournament and for winning $1200 for the ALS Association of Orange County!
