Various Improvement Projects
Various key tenant improvement and renovation projects with Belmont Village included:
Encino: This project included the renovation of an existing 4-story building. The project scope included renovations of the bistro, great room, mail/locker area, dining room, med cart area, rest parlors, server room, sports lounge, computer training area, vestibules, exterior courtyard, corridors, concierge area, and outdoor landscaping and concrete.
Burbank: This project consisted of cosmetic upgrades to a 5-story senior living residence. The courtyards, main entry, and common areas all received new paint. Common areas on floors 2-4 also received new doors and flooring. Extensive coordination between the team and the end users was required in order to meet the phasing goals required of the project.
Rancho Palos Verdes: The project scope included the demo of all existing flooring, walls, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and wall covering, as well as, a small gazebo. Also included in the project scope was the renovation/upgrade of the existing common areas and restrooms, including new rated and non-rated partitions, flooring, and ceiling finishes. HVAC work was also done.
Sabre Springs: The project scope included the demo of all existing flooring, walls, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and wall coverings. Upgrades were made to the existing exterior path of travel and accessible parking stalls were brought up to code. Renovations/upgrades were made to existing common areas and restrooms. HVAC work was also done.
Westwood: This project included the renovation of an existing 6-story building with both interior and exterior work. The scope also included new paint, wall coverings, crown molding, flooring tile, wall base, carpet, and a new fireplace. HVAC work was also done.
